Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as received
- Be unused and unworn
- Include original tags and packaging
- Include proof of purchase or receipt

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- A flat $15 return processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current product first. Once your return request is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
